The South Dakota State Library, a division of the SD Department of Education, has recognized five SFSD schools with the "21st Century School Library Award". Recipients this year were Lincoln, Washington, and Roosevelt high schools, and Terry Redlin and Laura Wilder Elementary. They join the ranks of many SFSD schools in this recognition, and the award will last for the next three years. SFSD libraries are amazing spaces of learning and exploration, where librarians inspire students to fall in love with reading and creativity!
